The terms and conditions that apply when using BR Soft Solutions software products and website.

1. Website & Software Use
You may use this website and software for lawful business operations. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable desktop license to use Jazzy Mobile ERP for shop inventory, billing, and accounting operations.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Jazzy Mobile paid plans are payable monthly in advance at the published Standard, Professional or Premium price. The 10-day Professional trial downgrades to Free when it ends; local business data remains available and is not deleted. Safepay Test Mode is a sandbox demonstration: it does not move real money or activate a paid licence.
3. User Obligations
Users must supply genuine business credentials and transaction IDs during checkout or renewal. Decompilation, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of software binaries is strictly prohibited.
4. Digital Delivery
Software subscriptions are delivered digitally after verified payment confirmation, subject to the Digital Delivery Policy. A checkout redirect without a signed provider confirmation is not proof of payment.
