We collect information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry form and subscription checkout, including your full name, company name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, product interest, and transaction references.

Submitted information is used strictly to respond to enquiries, activate desktop software licenses, verify merchant payments, manage customer support, and communicate system updates. We do not sell or share business ledger or inventory data with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Website and payment information is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Safepay card details are entered on Safepay's hosted checkout and are not collected or stored by BR Soft. We retain only the order, payment status, provider reference and information needed for support, accounting and licence delivery.
4. Payment Processor
When Safepay checkout is selected, Safepay processes payment information under its own privacy and security obligations. Sandbox payments are simulations and do not move real money.
